Lovely 3 Bed home in Gauldry, Scotland
We live in a newly renovated stonebuilt cottage, built around 1860.
The house is situated in a very friendly village, complete with local pub serving food at the weekend, and a local shop/post office.
Within 5 minutes walk of the house there are woods on a country estate, that we enjoy walking in.
St andrews golf courses, shops and restaurants are a short 15-20 minutes drive away.
Dundee,Scotlands sunniest city, is only 6 miles away too for shopping and entertainment.
Close by there are loads of outdoor activities, as well as indoor play areas for kids, if required. Its a lovely mix of rural peace and quiet, but with close by city convenience!
The house has a dining room and a bbq, with a south facing patio in the enclosed garden.
NB we have 2 cats, which wont be in the house for the swap.
