We are located close to Scotland's historic capital city of Edinburgh. There are superb beaches nearby, Glenkinchie malt whisky distillery is a half-mile away, and world class links golf courses, including British Open venue Muirfield, many historic buildings and gourmet restaurants are all within easy reach. Excellent base for exploring Edinburgh (castle, royal palace, galleries, museums and genealogical records), St Andrews (Old Course) and Fife, Borders (Melrose Abbey), Northumberland (Harry Potter location) and further afield for example the Highlands and Islands, Loch Ness etc.
