Our condominum is located in the seaside community of Parksville, on Vancouver Island. It has a spectacular view of the georgia straight and coastal mountains.
The unit has been modernized with new appliances, hardwood maple flooring, 1 full bedroom, a second bedroom used as a den/office with a pull-out double bed.
The unit is in a complex of 50 units (5 units in our building) we are on the top floor. A short 2 minute walk to the beach, and a 10 minute walk gets you to downtown Parksville for shopping.
Travel to the west coast for whale-watching in 2 hours, or visit our beautiful capital Victoria - a two hour drive..there are 7 golf courses in the area, all public.
