Our home is a spacious Victorian terrace, with three bedrooms, a large kitchen/diner, cable TV and wifi.
It is newly decorated and the kitchen has had a total refurb and is stylish and bright. A great place to cook, eat and hang out.
Our sunny garden is small but perfectly formed and well used by our family.
The house is a 3 min walk to local shops, 25 mins walk to the beach and 15 mins walk to the city centre, which has fantastic shops, superb restaurants and loads of great pubs.
There's a lovely park just 5 mins walk away with a playground and cafe.
You don't need a car as everything is walking distance, but it can be handy for exploring the South Downs, just a 10 min drive away.
We also have a friendly cat that needs feeding.
