Lovely 4 Bed home in Hamble-le-Rice, England

We finished building our architect designed house last year. It is very contemporary and overlooks Port Hamble Marina. It is child friendly but would also suit an adult only party. It has 2 balconies, one has seating (and patio heater) for al fresco eating. It is ideally situated for sailing, walking, country parks and almost equi-distant between Southampton and Portsmouth.

Hamble-le-Rice is a village with 5 great pubs and 4 fabulous restaurants.
