The house is a 2 minute walk to the Mar Menor sea which is an arm of the Mediterranean and is extremely safe, or a 10 minute drive to many Mediterranean beaches. There are two small supermarkets, many restaurants and bars and a long flat promenade.
The Roman city of Cartagena is 20 minutes away by car or train. The train is frequent and cheap and goes from Los Nietos to Cartagena every hour. 10 minutes away by car is the unspoilt "White Coast" with miles and miles of beaches on the med.
An ideal opportunity for those thinking of moving or retiring to Spain to try the way of life first before deciding.
