Lovely 4 Bed home in Banchory, Scotland
Our house is in a very quiet cul-de-sac about 1 minute walk from the centre of Banchory on Royal Deeside.
We have a nice garden with views over local landmark, Scolty Hill. We have 4 double bedrooms, 1 bath/toilet and 1 shower/toilet, kitchen, dining room, living room, hall, and a handy landing area. Outside we have a patio that faces the sun all day but just in case we have 2 patio heaters and gas BBQ
The house is well equipped with all usual kitchen appliances, two computers with internet access, Sky TV, TVs in bedrooms.
Banchory is a lovely town with excellent facilities and shops and is the gateway to Royal Deeside. You can travel to Balmoral Castle in about 40 minutes, alternatively you can travel to the city of Aberdeen in about 30 minutes. Inverness and Edinburgh are just over 2 hours by car.
