Lovely 1 Bed home in London, England

I live in a nice (well, I like it!) 1 bedroom flat on the ground floor of a small block in South London. It has a balcony and the block is well looked after (caretakers, gardener, cleaner etc) with communal gardens and opposite a park.

I have a sofa-bed, so the flat could probably accommodate more than 2 people if needed.

Plenty going on locally in Camberwell and East Dulwich (pubs, restaurants, cafes etc) and it's 10 mins on the train to central London. Also lots of buses, including night buses - so it's always easy to get home (I'm a single girl and always feel safe).

I'd say that it's a good base from which to explore the city whilst also feeling like a local!
