The flat is in Oderberger Strasse in Prenzlauer Berg. It's a lively, central area popular with young families and professionals. Shops, cafes, restaurants and cultural attractions are all nearby.

The flat has 110 sq.m. and is situated on the first floor. The rooms are bright with high ceilings and large windows.

There is one bedroom facing the yard and one, furnished as a child's room, facing the street. There is also an office, a large living room and a kitchen/dining room. The floors are all wooden (With the exception of the bathroom).

In Spring/Summer 2024 we can also offer non-simultaneous exchanges with a one-bedroom flat (could sleep 3) in Karl Marx Allee (pictures on request)

The flat is in the central, Prenzlauer Berg area of Berlin. It's a short walk to the underground or tram stops. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, bars and shops in the area. Museum island is a few tram stops or an interesting 30-minute urban walk away.
