Modern family home with pool - Gran Canaria

A modern, two storey house in a quiet, residential village in Gran Canaria, just 1km from the coast.

We have our own community pool with separate pool for young children. Our patio garden has gas bbq, sun loungers, table and chairs and a shady pergola which is perfect for al fresco dining.

Downstairs: an open plan living area, music room, WC
Upstairs: Master bedroom with ensuite, single room (extra fold up bed available), spare room with comfortable, double sofa bed, bathroom 2.

About the location

We are conveniently situated on the island, half way between the cultural capital of Las Palmas and the popular beach resorts of Maspalomas and San Agustin. Closer to home are numerous smaller beaches with a local feel (some popular with surfers and wind surfers) and plenty of fish restaurants. A selection of large shopping centres are within 10 minutes drive. The mountains provide a dramatic backdrop to our home with opportunities for hiking, exploring, picnicking or mountain biking.

Gran Canaria has an average summer temperature of 26-28 degrees and in winter 16-24 degrees so it makes an ideal year round holiday destination. The airport is a short drive from our home and abundant cheap flights arrive here.
