Lovely 1 Bed home in Casares, Spain

I am offering in exchange a lovely open plan cottage with a swimming pool in an exceptionally beautiful mountainside estate in a Natural Park just 18kms inland from the Mediterranean. This rustic cottage is designed as a romantic retreat for couples and has many characterful details and antiques. It's 3kms from the village of Casares( about a 20 mins walk or 5 mins drive)where there are shops, bars and restaurants and about 25 mins drive to larger towns such as Estepona on the coast. It's ideal for nature/bird lovers and there are amazing walks all around straight out the front gate.
I am looking to exchange from Nov.2013 to April 2014. Does not necessarily have to be simultaneous but I'd like to exchange with a dwelling in India, Cornwall or SW. The cottage is also a great base for exploring Andalucia and historic towns such as Ronda, Seville, Malaga and Granada - all reachable as day trips.

The cottage really offers the best of both worlds being set in the peace and beauty of a Natural Park yet with busy towns such as Marbella within easy reach.

Wildlife abounds, eagles, deer, ibex etc and there are domestic animals too- cats, dogs and donkies ( animal care negotiable other arrangements can be made for the animals if it's not your cup of tea)

Another cottage is also available in the same estate if you are a party of 2 singles or 2 couples looking to travel together.

PLEASE NOTE THE COTTAGE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR EXCHANGE FROM MAY- NOV. 2013.It is only available for holiday lets at that time.So please no enquiries for swapping in summer holidays.I can only offer swaps out of season.Or a holiday let in season.
