Villa

Our 4 bedroom villa is arranged over three floors and comprises of a large master bedroom with a king size bed and en suite bathroom, a second bedroom with a double bed, a childs room with a single bed full of books and toys, another bathroom on the first floor and a large room with two double beds on the second floor.

The ground floor comprises of a fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons, a reception room with TV, DVD and cable channels and an additional double reception room with both lounging and dining areas.

The property has both front and back gardens where we spend a lot a time enjoying the weather and often BBQ. Its also has its own parking at the front. We will consider car exchange with our 7-seater Toyota Land Cruiser.

Our housekeeper Gina, who has a room on the second floor will be available from 8 am to noon each day to make breakfast and do all the cleaning and washing for the duration of your stay.

Location

We fell in love with this place for many reasons but the primarily for its location. It is literally just across the road from Corniche Beach which offers family friendly areas, water sports, playgrounds and a great selection of cafes.

A minutes walk away is Abela supermarket which caters for all expats needs, a pharmacy, some cafes health spas and beauty salons. Within a 15 minute walking radius you will find more shops and Sushi, French and Mediterranean and Arabic restaurants.

If thats not enough you have a choice of beach clubs such as Hiltonia or The Club just a short drive away.

Beach and watersports, Desert Safari and Star Gazing, Horse Riding at the Royal Stables and Kids Park petting Zoo, children get to feed and touch most animals, we went last Saturday (29/10/11) and my daughter got to handle a 4 week old lion cub.............amazing.

Ferrari World, Formula 1 Circuit, Water Parks, Marina Mall, Gold Souk, Boating, Grand Mosque to name but a few

Eating out Emirates Palace Hotel Hakkasan, Inter Continental, Chamas and brunch at Flavours at the Meridien.

In Dubai 1.5 Hours Drive
Atlantis Hotel and Aquapark, Burj Khalifa (worlds tallest tower), Wild Wadi Water Park, amazing Golf Courses, Dubai Mall and much more.
