This home is mostly let out on AIrBnB these days, but is sometimes available out of season usually only Jan - March and Nov-Dec.

Garden Cottage is a large and very comfortable 4 bedroom/ 2 bathroom detached home in the heart of Braunton village. The large garden is surrounded by high walls, making it private and very safe for children.

Local shops and excellent restaurants are 2 minutes walk away while the glorious beach of Saunton Sands is around 5 minutes by car and the popular traffic-free Tarka Trail bike route passes within 100 yards. 6 pubs in the village, with one next door.

This house is a perfect holiday destination for a large family. There is easy access to local activities including great surfing, walking and cycling, but the property is equally well-suited to guests looking for a quiet, comfortable retreat in which to enjoy more gentle indoor pursuits. There is off-street parking for up to 4 cars and a very large garden with ample provision for outside dining, barbecuing, or even firing up the brick-built oven.

We have a piano, cinema screen, Playstation, tons of films, games puzzles. Kids play room with big TV. Possibly bikes for you to use, (if we don`t take them with us) There is a trampoline, swings, slide etc in the garden. Perfect for kids and grown ups alike.

About the location

Braunton is near the fantastic surfing beaches of Saunton Sands, Croyde, Putsburgh and Woolacoombe. There are loads of family attractions around the area. The village itself is lovely, with plenty of pubs and restaurants. There is a world class golf course along the road. In summer the place is full of tourists and is very lively, but out of season you can have the beaches to yourselves.
