The house is located in an attractive, quiet residential area close to Edinburgh city centre (15 mins on bus). Local small shops, as well as a large supermarket and shopping centre are within 10-15 mins walk. Local woodlands are nearby for walking and Edinburgh Zoo is a short car journey away.
