Welcome to our home in Ocean Hills Country Club,a gated,secure 55+ community nestled in the hills four miles from the Pacific ocean in a city called Oceanside within San Diego county, southern California.

This single level home consists of two master suites and a third bedroom that we converted into an office. A third full bathroom is located in the hallway near by. A great room is divided by pillars into spacious living and dining areas. Breakfast in the bay-windowed nook is part of the kitchen where the laundry room is located at one end.

The large patio surrounds three sides of the house with access from the living room and one of the bedroom suites as well as the 2-car garage and contains trees, a variety of succulents, plus hydrangeas and rose bushes among the flowering plants. A very pleasant place to lunch or sip a glass of wine.

Ours is a comfy, light and sunny home in which to relax with libraries of books and DVD's especially after a day of exploring the area. OHCC offers the usual amenities associated with retirement club living but there is much to see and do in San Diego county from gorgeous beaches to mountains and quaint small towns.

Freeway accessible, there are also many country roads to charm. In fact there is so much to share about this entire area of San Diego with its world famous zoo and animal parks; Sea-world and attractions with a perfect climate year-round I hardly know where to begin. Just come and enjoy for yourself.
