We live in a Cul-de-sac 1.5miles from town. We brought the house recently and are decorating some of the rooms but it has everything you need. A kitchen diner (inc dishwasher), lounge, WC, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, gardens front & back with a patio.
Stroud has strong green credentials and a good mix of old & new. Every Saturday is an award winning farmers market selling things for all tastes. We are surrounded by hills and valleys with pretty Cotswold villages around the district. You can go for a walk, admire the views and sample the local ice cream.
Cheltenham’s 16 miles, Gloucester, where some of Harry Potter was shot is 10 miles, Bristol & Bath are 30 miles. London is just 1.5hrs by train and Oxford & Cardiff are an hr by car.
