Beautifully restored 250 year old large townhouse , 3 bedrooms each with ensuite, in the pretty town of Pinoso. Surrounded by vineyards,bodegas & stunning scenery(making it perfect for walkers/cyclists) but only 45 minutes to Alicante & the beaches (Benidorm 1 hour).
Fortuna hot pools 30 minutes away.(great for the cooler months) This is the REAL Spain!

You will need a car , but I can supply details of a few people who rent them in the town.
There is a great bus service to Alicante, operating twice a day.

Our town is full of tapas bars & you will need your spanish phrasebook at all times!
We have 3 bedrooms , all with en-suite. There is a rooftop terrace with large bbq , tables & chairs & 2 sun loungers.
There are some amazing swimming pools right in town,one large pool(see photo`s) , set around grass & pine trees for shade, perfect for picnicing.(open for 3 months in summer holidays).

Eating out & drinking is very reasonable as we are not on the tourist route. We still however have a small expat community of around 600. It is a very friendly town.

Please take note that in August temperatures get into the mid 40`s C , there is Aircon in 2 of the bedrooms and the dining room.
In winter the log burner in the lounge adds a beautiful ambience and you will find yourself throwing the doors open to cool down!

We are open to short term and long term swaps , pretty much anywhere in the world...(Retirement perks!) Does not have to be at the same time.
We are based in Scotland, so a UK swap ( especially by a golf course 😊 ) would also be great!

About the location

Inland Spain, surrounded by vineyards, bodegas , olive and almond trees.
This is a pretty rare opportunity to stay in a very Spanish traditional house in a very Spanish town.
