Our home is a lovely Victorian terraced house with three floors. 
It has excellent family and entertaining space with a wide hallway and lovely galleried staircase. Downstairs there is a wide double reception room and well equipped kitchen/dining room, both with access out to the enclosed walled rear garden. There is also a downstairs cloakroom.

Upstairs our home offers four bedrooms inc. three doubles and a single (which could accommodate another bed if required) a family bathroom and an upstairs cloakroom. 

We are situated between the vibrant areas of Clapham and Brixton and are therefore well placed for travel to central London (Oxford circus by tube 13 mins) for its array of sights, museums, theatres and restarants together with the many local shops, markets, rated restaurants and parks. The area is very family friendly and Brixton village market is currently rated in Time out London's top 10 days out in London. 

Access to the west end and central London is via either underground or the mainline and there are also numerous bus routes from the area.

We are looking for a simultaneous home swap for summer 2013 in the school holidays.

We have had a very successful home exchange n summer 2012.

We are happy to leave children's equipment, inc. cots and highchairs, and toys if required. We could also make evening arrangements for you to use our own babysitter.
