Lovely 1 Bed home in Edinburgh, Scotland

This is a fantastic base for experiencing the famous Edinburgh Festival in August. Our home is a one bedroom 19th century apartment in Edinburgh's unique colony properties. It has a good size kitchen/living room, a bathroom with bath and a large bedroom. As we have a baby a cot can be left if required. The garden has a summer house with BBQ and outside furniture.

Based down a lane, the area is incredibly peaceful and is situated in Leith. Just a 10 minute walk from numerous Michelin star restaurants and the Royal Yacht Britannia. The centre of Edinburgh is only a 15 walk away or an even shorter bus journey.
