A 10 minute cycle ride or 20 minute stroll from the world heritage City of Bath with its beautiful Georgian centre, Abbey and river.

A 3 storey end of terrace from around 1800 with two double bedrooms and one single plus a small study downstairs. The living room contains a wood burning stove with plenty of wood available and has opening oak patio doors on to a secluded courtyard (very nice for eating and drinking al fresco); a small vegetable garden and very small piece of grass continue at a higher level. The floor of the living room is solid oak and hosts a beech dining table for 6 plus sofa area. The small study between the kitchen and the living room has a desk, printer and computer available as well as a comfy office chair. On the other side of the road 50m away are the local shops; co-op, gym, fish and chip shop, chinese takeaway and two pharmacies.

On the first floor :1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower over the bath. The second floor contains 1 bedroom with kingsize bed and one bedroom with a drumkit (this room could have a campbed if required).

The house is located on the West side of Bath 2 miles from the city centre. A pleasant walk along the canal Bath can be joined 5 minutes from the house. It takes you into the centre of the City. This is also a cycle path. This canal path continues to Bradford on Avon or goes in the other direction to Bristol which is also a very nice cycle ride.

There is a fantastic park nearby (Victora Park) with an excellent large childrens play area. Also many excellent restaurants - we can advise in detail if required!
