Lovely 3 Bed home in Somers, Australia

We live 5 minutes from a superb beach, which weather-wise, during the time we want this exchange, will be hot enough to swim, see dolphin pods swimming close to shore & find gorgeous shells to fossick. Schools will be back at this time also, assuring a sometimes empty beach. House is comfy & easy to keep clean. Cable tv in one of the bedrooms & also in lounge room. All mod cons, choice of two cars, local koala frequents our trees, again especially at this time of year.Beautiful scenic drives close to home, lots of vineyards, galleries. Lots of different beaches-surf & calm also close to home to explore. Melbournes playground!
