Lovely 2 Bed home in Monterenzio, Italy

Two different parts of the house are open to exchange, one of them is also a Bed and Breakfast but we are open to exchange.

The B&B has two rooms with double bed and two beds, each with private bath and shower, a common living room with kitchenette and the possibility to have breakfast under the gazebo. Internet connection. No television.

The other house, is a newly refurbished stone house with solar and photovoltaic panels and a massive stove. Great terrace with beautiful view on the surrounding hills.

Attractions: Bologna's city centre is half an hour away, Florence is about an hour away. Milan and Venice are about 1 hour and a half away.

"Villaggio della Salute" is a gorgeous acqua park only 15 minutes away by car.

Local swimmingpool is only 5 minutes away by car as well. Ideal Location for walking holiday or complete nature immersion.
