The house is two-storey with a garage, garden shed and gardens front and rear outside. Two large, spacious living rooms,kitchen with most appliances, utility room with washing machine,etc, study, a downstairs cloakroom and separate WC.
Upstairs, three double rooms, one en suite and a further bathroom.
Also own a small village house near Granada in southern Spain which could be available.

The local station is 7 minutes walk away with trains to most parts of London, from 9 minutes in duration.
Numerous buses from the end of the road. The close is a cul de sac, with private parking.
Neighbours are friendly, helpful and don`t bite, but not too instrusive.
