Our 3 bedroom Regency flat is located right on the seafront with great views from the pier to the marina. All the bedrooms are doubles, with 2 of them having 14ft ceilings. The 3rd is currently used as a cinema room with surround sound, cinema screen and projector.
We have great views of the English Channel from the 2 floor to ceiling windows that access the balcony. There are also sea views from the large kitchen.
There is unallocated parking, getting a space is not a problem.
Kemp Town is a very lively fun area with plenty of places to eat and drink. Within a 5 minute walk of the flat there are local shops, pub, restaurants and cafes. It is about a 15 minute walk to the shopping centre, but we are also well served by buses
