Stylish apartment with swimming pool - Valencia city centre

The flat is in the city centre of Valencia. The building has two tennis courts, a gym and two swimmimg-pools, one for chidren and one for adults.

The historic centre is 10 minutes by bus, the beaches about 15 minutes by car and the famous City of Arts and Sciences about 20 minutes by bus. The long park that divides the city in two and that used to be a river, is 5 minutes` walk. Tha Biopark ( a very interesting zoo) is 10 minutes` walk and a big shopping mall is 10 minutes on foot.

Valencia is one of the most vibrant, forward thinking and cosmopolitan cities in Spain. It is the country`s third largest city and has a heritage, culture and nightlife to rival the best cities in Europe.

Here you can visit historic monuments, the City of Arts and Sciences, designed by the arquitect Santiago Calatrava and with the biggest aquarium in Europe, , go to the beach to swim and enjoy the seaside restaurants, cycle through the Turia gardens, go shopping and many other activities.

If you want to explore further afield, Valencia is the right place. The Mediterranean coast stretches to the North and South with a wide range of beaches, coves, quaint fishing villages. There also two great theme parks (Terra Mítica, 1 hour`s drive, Port Aventura, 2 hour`s drive).

You can even take a ferry at Denia`s lovely harbour (1hour`s drive) and reach Ibiza in 2 or 3 hours.

The AVE train will take you to Madrid in 1h 45 minutes so a day-trip to Spain`s capital city is very feasible.
