We are very close to the beach and park, they can be seen from front windows. Small conservatory, car-port at the back of the house, about 20 minutes to walk to town or a short drive or bus stop around the corner.
There are 3 train stations in Southend, all quite near. Plenty of places to have a meal, cinema in town, 2 golf courses quite near, and swimming baths, cycle paths.
About the location
Close to beach and park cycle path across the road, 5 minute drive to town. Adventure Island and Sealife very near too. Cycle less than one minute away.
