Our house has a fully enclosed back garden, decked area, playhouse and outdoor furniture. Opposite is our lovely Victorian park (http://www.friendsofpagepark.co.uk/): free tennis courts, children's play areas. Downstairs: big dining kitchen with range cooker leading out to the garden, playroom, sitting room and snug/4th bedroom (with king-size sofa bed). Upstairs -renovated by us in 2012: master bedroom with ensuite shower-room, split-level very funky children's bedroom with roof terrace (can be set up as double or twin with zip-lock beds + cot), large single bedroom plus family bathroom.
