Maiden Cottage in its current incarnation is a warm and stylish 1887 property in quiet cul de sac in Chichester, situated 10 minutes level walking to town centre. It is a typical Victorian terraced cottage which has been renovated to a high standard. There are three bedrooms (plus a comfortable summer house cum studio in the garden) and two bathrooms. Wifi available and TVs in the bedrooms.

The open plan sitting room/dining room has oak floors, good furnishings and a wood burning stove. There is a bespoke kitchen and a conservatory/living room. The very private patio garden is south facing. In the garden is an independent studio which sleeps two additional guests.

· Small dog in residence (when B&B guests are staying only!)

· No smoking in house, but allowed in garden

About the location

Chichester is 40 minutes from Southampton Airport and 1h from Gatwick by train. It lies between the South Downs Way and the Solent. Great hill and beach walking on the doorstep. Originally a Roman City, Chichester is now a vibrant, small city with a 12th century English Gothic cathedral, a university, a college, and all the modern amenities, great shopping, restaurants and pubs - as well as the world class Chichester Festival Theatre.
