Lovely 3 Bed home in Brancaster, England

This is a stunningly beautiful part of Norfolk with a fantastic range of activities including: National Trust beach with good sand, dunes and easy swimming; Royal West Norfolk Golf Course; good restaurants, cafes and pubs; Titchwell RSPB reserve, sailing, fab walking.

Our cosy and bright 3-bed bungalow is on the Coastal Footpath. We have a good sized garden, grow most of our own food and keep (3) chickens. A wide south facing patio and lawn is great for summer days and evenings. The BBQ looks out over the fading day to sunset. The bathroom has a shower, bath and toilet. Separate 2nd toilet. Good access with 2 steps into side door but internal doors not wide enough for wheelchair. Wood burning stove.

Two bedrooms have a 5 foot double bed and the other a 6 foot double bed. There are two comfy sofas in the lounge and one in the kitchen/diner. Bi-fold doors on two walls (south and west) of the kitchen/diner make it a very light, bright and sunny room. We are keen cooks and the kitchen is well equipped - 2 ovens, dishwasher, etc. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Parking for 3 cars. Wi-fi throughout house but poor mobile phone reception.
