A centrally located flat on two floors on the third (top) floor (no lift) of a traditional Edinburgh tenement from the late 1890s. We have 2 bedrooms upstairs, one a small double and one a larger double, and an upstairs shower room.

Downstairs there is a third bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a large kitchen/dining room and two smart public rooms with a piano and lots of books. There is a large shared sunny garden on the ground floor. Our neighbours are very friendly and welcoming.

The flat is very near to the Royal Botanic Garden and several parks and playgrounds; on a road with several cafes and a short bus ride or walk away from city centre shops, train and bus stations. Edinburgh is full of excellent attractions for all ages - castle, zoo, hill walks, art galleries, theatres, festivals, cinemas etc. A short bus or drive to the beach and out to the countryside.

We have a young and friendly black cat who we would like you to feed. He is a good companion and will love you if you become his food providers!

Near swimming pool, river walk, shops, galleries, museums, play parks, botanic gardens and easy drive to the coast (20 minutes) and hills (20 minutes).
