Our home is a three-storey Victorian (1865) mid-terrace in a quiet conservation area near Exeter University. We have 4 bedrooms (two currently used as studies) and 2 bathrooms, 2 sitting rooms and a large kitchen/dining room. At the back is a decked area for eating/sitting outside in our pleasant and private garden.

Located in the central part of Exeter, it is a 15 minute walk to the historic centre. Waitrose (excellent grocery store) is a 4 minute walk, 5 minutes on foot to Exeter University's St Luke's campus, and 5 minutes to bus routes.

Exeter has good train links to London and the whole country as well as an international airport.
