Ground (storage only) and first floor of a house (there is an apartment above, completely independent) in a small village in the mountains (800 masl.) about half way between Verona & Bolzano.
The apartment has 2 small bedrooms (double bed in one, single bed in the other plus fold-away bed), 1 bathroom; kitchen/dining room and living room both giving onto SE facing balcony with wonderful views of the mountains; spacious terrace with plants & views, garage.
Nearest towns: Rovereto (20min drive) Trento (30min), Verona (1hr), Bolzano (1hr). Fantastic walking around the village, delightful lake for swimming nearby; (Lake Garda a 40 min drive away)
2 very quiet climbing crags within walking distance, lots more within an hour's drive (Arco 50 mins); wine area. This region is very hot in the summer but the temperature is always pleasant in the village as it is high up and the house is cool inside even on the hottest days.
Car is pretty much essential, mine will be available as long as you are over 25.
