We are an outdoorsy setting with covered swimming pool, barbecue and large outdoor courtyard dining setting, trampoline and play equipment and toys (we have a boy aged 11 and girl aged 7). Plenty of room indoors with 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a conservatory/kids play room and 2 dining areas.

About the location

We are on the edge of Hertford Heath, within a couple of minutes walk to the village green which is overlooked by a great, 18th century pub, the Goat. We are a minute`s walk from the woods and 5 minutes through them to Haileybury college`s tennis centre and Barracudas kids holiday camps. We can reach of the city of London or west end within 45 minutes, St Albans within a half hour and Cambridge, an hour. Hertford is a 5 minute drive or half hour walk away, with the river Lea, buzzy pubs and restaurants and a huge variety of shops.
