Dijon, Bourgogne, France

We live in the historical center of Dijon, in a lovely old building.
Dijon is the capital of BURGUNDY and is a very lively university town. It enjoys a rich history and culture. Indeed, it was recently listed as a UNESCO world heritage site, largely due to its vineyards and architecture.

In Burgundy you will find "the canal de Bourgogne", a large number of chateaux, great wines and vineyards, wonderful villages... We love it and hope that you will too !

We live in a perfect location: a quiet road but very central, giving directly onto the pedestrian streets and just two minutes` walk from the "Palais des Ducs". It is very close to a whole host of bars and good restaurants. The market place, designed by Gustave Eiffel, is also only a short walk away, as are the main shops.


Our flat is spacious : 152 m2 / 1636 sq ft and is on two levels, on the 2nd and 3rd floors of our building.

- on the 2nd floor: lounge, tv room, dining room, study and double bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and toilet.

- on the 3rd floor: large playroom, two large bedrooms (a single and a double), and a bathroom.

The flat is very bright (south facing) and contains lots of toys, books and DVDs for children and adults (both in French and English).
