Lovely 3 Bed home in Grange over sands, England
Small, Edwardian terraced house, (clean but basic) on a friendly little private street. Good for quiet potter or extreme sports and everything in between. You don't need a car, buses and trains and car-hire all easily accessed. We are car-free and manage fine.
Best of both worlds really, near to Lake District and all the hustle and bustle of Lancaster, Manchester and Liverpool. 2hrs on train to Edinburgh etc.
We have two cats so you would have to be a cat-lover, although they have no access to bedrooms. Wi-fi and smart TV(37"), PVR with DVD player and a printer all available. New GCH so cosy and affordable warmth and great new shower!
Local shops are lovely and supermarkets can deliver everything else.
