The Suburb of Clovelly is nestled between Vibey Kalkbay and tranquil Fish Hoek. Kalkbay offers delightful restaurants, pubs, theatre and boutique shopping and Fish Hoek for retail. The train station from either Fish Hoek / Kalkbay is easily accessable and a journey that must be taken past a beautiful seascape into the CBD of Cape Town and The Victoria and Albert Waterfront. A Golf course is only meters away and some great birding in the wetlands just down the street. Muizenberg the Surfers dream is just a 10 min drive but a popular beachfront walk for the whole family. Hiking trails start behind the house.
