We live in a maisonette (bottom half of a terraced Victorian house) with a large kitchen/living room area, 2 bedrooms on the lower ground floor and a study on the split level floor. Here is a small garden at the back with a mature pear tree, and apple tree. The property is quiet and is situated a 10-15 minute walk from Stoke Newington Church Street which has many restaurants and shops. We are also 5 minutes away from Springfield Park which leads onto Walthamstow marshes, great for walking and cycling. At the end of our road yu can get a bus to the nearest tube station - 15 minutes away by bus - and then you are 30 minutes away from the centre of London. We have 2 school age children so are restricted to school holiday times and weekends.
