We live in a very well-appointed, 6-bedroom Edwardian house built in 1904 situated on the edge of Blackheath, the largest common land in London and a beautiful conservation area. We are within a 5 minute walk of Greenwich Park which is famous for the meridian line, the Greenwich Observatory and London Olympics 2012.
We are a 15-minute train ride into central London and a 30-minute car drive into deepest Kent countryside. We have traditional English pubs & varied gastronomical delights within walking distance towards the picturesque villages of both Blackheath & Greenwich.
The only possible negative is the busy main road on which we live. However, we are set back approximately 50 yards on a private drive with parking for 6 cars.
