Our 1841 former farm cottage now updated with a modern kitchen/sitting room and balcony is in a vibrant suburb of Bristol full of indie shops but just a walk or bus ride to the Harbourside with its bars, festivals, cinema, museums and boats.
Our home is a quiet oasis in the heart of this vibrant port city, crammed with theatre, shopping and culture! Sit on the raised balcony and watch the sun set over a sea of trees and gardens. Relax in the jungle under the willow tree by the artist`s studio or watch frogs by the little pond. Two double bedrooms and bathroom upstairs and further simple artist`s studio in garden (could be a teen zone?) There is also a smaller sitting room for TV or music.
We are looking to swap for summer/autumn 2020 with a property in The uk or Ireland. Also interested in times outside the school holidays and in weekend swaps in the UK.
