A charming, comfortable and rustic fermette on the edge of a tiny hamlet, built in 1760 and recently renovated, bordering the Auvergne region (mountains, skiing, lakes, volcanoes!). 3 bedrooms, huge living room with 5m home cinema, great views from the large garden, lots of land, peace and tranquility. Our home is a very relaxed and easy-going place, with lots of sofas and a very enticing bath. There is also a small unrenovated cottage with a working wood-fired bread oven (makes great pizzas!) with a double bedroom at the end of the garden that could accommodate two more people, if they don't mind roughing it a bit!
There is a swimming lake nearby and a good supermarket 5 mins away in Auzances, nearest airport is Limoges.
