The Good Life

We live in a pretty village location which is quiet and rural, but yet has great amenities and transport links to enable you to explore all that the South East of England has to offer! We are two miles from a train station which connects London Liverpool Street (30 mins), Cambridge and Stansted Airport (15 mins) and have good access to the M11 and M25 motorways which connect you to Cambridge and London in less than 30 minutes.

Our house has three bedrooms and can easily accomodate 6 people. It is light, modern and spacious and there is a sunny garden with BBQ and table and chairs which is perfect for entertaining!

The village has two pub/restaurants, a shop, hairdressers, post office and cafe. A wider range of facilities can be found in the next village (1.5miles) and the local town of Sawbridgeworth (3 miles). Within a 10 minutes drive, train or bus ride are pretty market towns, medieval hunting forests, sculpture gardens, museums, nice pubs and restaurants, rivers and canals, attractive villages, large towns and so much more! There are many options for sporting and entertainment and lesiure opportunities, such as local pools, tennis courts, shopping centres and theatres. Even the Essex and Kent coasts can be reached within an hour.

Our home would suit families or couples - with so much to do in the local area, you would be able to enjoy any type of holiday here! We are happy to provide more information upon request.
