Lovely 4 Bed home in Whangaparaoa, New Zealand

Our house is a lovely weatherboard house located in Manly, Whangaparaoa, New Zealand.

The Hibiscus coast is a short drive of 30 mins North of Auckland, surrounded by stunning beaches.

Our house has a modern open plan interior, with modern kitchen, dinning room, sitting room, master bedroom and ensuite on the lower level. The further 3 bedrooms are up the stairs
.
We have a large covered deck at the front of the house - with glimpses of the sea, a large wrap around garden with trampoline and climbing frame and a large drive and carport for the cars.

Manly village is a short five minute walk, with the local Shopping complex with large supermarket a 5 minute drive.

To the South, Auckland with the stunning Viaduct Harbour and the many sights that Auckland is famous for is only a 30 minute drive away, or to the North the wonderful vineyards and market towns are a 40 minute drive.

If you fancy a quiet time, simply stay in the house and walk to one of our many local beaches.

We would love for our visitors to feed our two cats and there is the option of our 5 yr old black Labrador to be part of the swap, or we can arrange separate accomodation for her!?
