In the heart of Auroville

We are in the heart of Auroville, a beautiful Eco-village and UN recognized cultural project 15 minutes from Pondicherry. Our home is in the residential zone so close to many facilities such as communal eating, sports facilities and playgrounds, shops selling local products, organic farm stalls, cafes.

The community has multiple-dimensions to explore and is a wonderful example of natural living. Our home is comfortable with all facilities required and houses 2 adults and 2 children presently but can sleep more if required. Our views are into the surrounding forest. We are not far from the sea and the town of Pondicherry (made famous recently for the movie "The Life of Pi").

We have a cook cum home carer who is trained in healthy, vegetarian foods, she is familiar with many traditional delicious dishes and can prepare wholesome meals.

About the location

Auroville is a unique place on earth, there are very few places like it, it is a conscious community that has multi-dimensions and many people come from around the world to experience this place. Our home is in a residential area, surrounded by green.
