A 1930s house in a quiet cul-de-sac, about 3 miles from the centre of Oxford, within walking distance of buses into the city centre and also to London and airports. Children's park close by.

Oxford and its surroundings are beautiful and there is much to see and do.

The accommodation is comfortable but not luxurious, with a small courtyard garden at the back. There are two double bedrooms and a shower room (no bath). Small well-equipped kitchen and dining-room, and a living room.

Nice walks around. About a mile from a shopping area with restaurants.

There is a shy but trouble-free cat to feed and some house-plants to water please.
