Lovely 3 Bed home in Pawleys Island, USA

We are South Carolinians who love to travel. We have many local contacts for any need (medical, etc.) that may arise on your holiday. We are eager to extend fishing, boating & history information, and recommendations for rice plantation tours, etc.

Pawleys Island is the oldest seaside resort in the States, originally the summer malaria escape for rice plantation owners. With good restaurants & shops, the area is reknown for the best golfing in America, abundant fishing and hunting, fantastic bird watching and lovely broad beaches.
Brookgreen Gardens is 3 miles north and is the largest outdoor sculpture garden in America. One hours drive from historical Charleston, SC with its gorgeous architecture and grand tours.

We have 3 friendly quiet cats who love affection. We also feed 5 feral cats and have many bird feeders in our garden.

Washer & dryer. Whirlpool tub & separate shower, en suite master bedroom. Fireplace, Screened porch & gas BBQ. Bicycle & surfboard rental is across the street. Many restaurants & shops are walking distance.

We have extensive fishing tackle for surf and river/pond. Beach chairs and canopy /marquee provided. Neighborhood swimming pool.

If one is interested, there is a friendly duplicate bridge club that welcomes visitors.

While we can small child proof the house, we have breakables that we would need notice to put away.
