Lovely 2 Bed home in Richmond upon Thames, England

Two bedroom house in beautiful London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. Twenty minutes from Richmond Station to Central London. Two minutes walk from Ham Common. Short 10 minute walk to Richmond Park, Ham Polo Club, River Thames, Ham House, and 15 minutes to Royal Botanical Gardens Kew, Syon House, Bushy Park, Teddington and Hampton Court Palace as well as easy access to Twickenham across the River Thames by Hamerton's Ferry. There are more amazing rural walks from the doorstep than the English countryside but Central London and all the theatres, museums, shops, markets, and attractions are a short 15km away with easy direct fast access by tube or train from Richmond Station. Kingston Town Centre is only 2km away with an short bus ride or pleasant walk along the River Thames providing access to one of top UK shopping districts and ancient market towns. There is also a train station in Kingston with links to Central London as well. There is lots to see and do locally with excellent bicycle and walking off road paths and parks, horse riding, four public swimming pools open year round, tennis, rowing on the Thames, four local golf courses, fishing, gardens, restaurants and many other recreation activities at your door step. There are six local Michelin star restaurants and many other amazing cafes in Richmond and Kingston. London has it all.

Our house has 2 bedrooms and can easily accommodate 4 people with space on the couch and floor in the living room to squeeze in several more if required. (We can also provide camping air mattresses if needed.) There is also a living room with television, WiFi throughout the house, conservatory with dining area and under floor heating. The kitchen comes well equipped with a fan oven, gas hobs, microwave, mixers , dishwasher, washing machine, drier, and a large American style fridge/freezer with filter water and ice dispenser. The house has central heating throughout and hot water on demand. The bathroom has a large bathtub and separate large shower cubical. There is a large lush private garden with a patio, a BBQ, as well as a very large oval trampoline for the kids and young at heart to play on. There is also off street parking in the front garden. The smaller bedroom has full length single bunk beds for two people and the master bedroom has a king size bed. There are many parks and gardens nearby including over 6 great playgrounds for children. A chance to enjoy a rural idyllic with easy access to Europe's largest city and all the amenities of London and its environs.
