The house is detached, built in 1890, with a large enclosed garden which is not overlooked and is ideal for children. Great transport links to the centre of Edinburgh gives you the best of both worlds, the ability to spend a great day/night in Edinburgh and all it has to offer, and also the ability to have some down time to recouperate (especially during the festival in August!). Conveniently located for travel to other areas within the Borders and/or central belt of Scotland. Located approximately 20 minutes from Edinburgh airport. Golf courses 10 minutes walk, supermarkets 5 minutes drive.
