House with large garden

Our house is an old stone and oak farm type property in a small village of 350 people, it is very rural but full of charm. I was a builder in the UK and have converted the building to a very high spec myself. We have two artist studios which could be used for longer stay exchanges.

Good for walking, cycling, fishing or chilling out. Local boot fairs in the summer are worth a visit. Skiing 2 hrs away in the winter months.

About the location

Best look up on Google map, Dijon and Langres not too far by car.
Main interest is the beautiful countryside and the peace and quiet.
Our garden is great for chilling out in, we eat most of our meals outside during the summer but that can extend from March until the end of October.
