Whitstable family home

We are now looking for a swap for October half term and next Easter and Summer. Open to offers, but especially interested in Devon.

Our house is a pleasant four bedroom semi detached family home. There are two reception rooms, a large kitchen diner, and a small conservatory/ playroom. There are two bathrooms, one with bath, one with shower. There are three good size bedrooms upstairs and one smaller. We have a lovely garden with a patio and a small play area including a sandpit and playhouse.

Whitstable is a charming seaside town, famous for its oysters. We are five minutes away from the High Street, which has a wonderful range of independent shops and some fantastic restaurants and pubs. We are less than ten minutes from the beach and harbor. Whitstable castle is a short walk away, and there is a local leisure centre with a small gym and swimming pool nearby.

Further afield, the historic city of Canterbury is a twenty minute car/ bus ride away, and central London is just over a hour away by train. There is a bus stop at the end of our road, and the train station is less than five minutes away by foot.
