The house is very well equiped and very clean and in a peaceful area, 5 minutes from the beaches, near the A7, It has a very good access for discovering Almería. The house has space, with very beautiful mountains and seaviews. The children can play and swim in a very safe urbanisation (closed gate).1 swimming pool near the house for adults and 1 for young children.
On the ground floor there is a lounge/dining room, kitchen and shower room downstairs. Patio door leads to a terrace overlooking the private garden, the fabulous valley, and Cabrera Mountains. On the first floor 2 bedrooms, with a small balcony. One of those overlooking the pool/garden and the other overlooks the valley and the sea.
Roof terrace (high terrace, not suitable for young children alone) overlooks the fantastic views from the mountains and the sea.
Costa Almeria has a average of 320 sunny days a year. From March to November, you can enjoy swimming outside, and it is warm enough to have breakfast and lunch outside in the whole year. Children really enjoy staying here, swimming pool, and there is plenty of space and places to explore around the house.

Vera is located in south east Spain (Almeria), near Mojacar. Visit our very lovely neighbourhood, Natural Parc Cabo De Gata and his very beautiful beaches, Mojacar, Sorbas, Cuevas de Karst en Yeso, Sierra Cabrera, Lucainena de la torres(Siera Alhamilla), City Almeria, Parque natural de Siera de Maria (Velez Rubio, Velez Blanco), Sierra Nevada (1,5 hour), Granada (2 hours), Desert Tabernas.
It is great to live here, because it is a quiet and small residence. Beautiful sandy beaches within 5 minutes driving.
Many facilities in the neighbourhood, like golf course, restaurants, shops, paddel, spa, biljart, 2 swimming pools can be used.
